That which doesn't kill you makes you crazy.
John only has a big two days off, but we are going up to his parents cottage and helping them put their dock in. Which isn't fun at all, but at least Brent can fish off of it after it's in :-)
My lil' brother is getting married this weekend back home in Minnesota so I get to go home and party with the fan-dam-ily. It's gonna be a good time and it stretches my 3 BIG days int 5 BIG days- Woo Hoo!
Mason is going to his Grandmas on Saturday so i hope to have a night out on Sat night, do one productive thing around the house, and relax! I sure hope the weather cooperates. What are you doing Jen?
Not much. Just going to Europe on Sunday.I'll have a drink for you.
Fred - not much? Are you crazy? Europe is a BIG SOMETHING
Going to Holland, I suspect. =-) Especially in light of recent events.
You got it, Jen. The last stop on our four city tour. I'm too old for any of that stuff, but I'll sure have fun watching a few of my friends!
LOL. That's funny, Fred. I meant that *I* was going to Holland (MI)..but yours is way better
I am assuming your schedule will be too full for an old friend but I will see you in June.
I'm so excited for you Fred! I wanna go! What cities will you hit?
Starting in London, then on to Paris, Munich, and Amsterdam. I wrote about it at http://tampateacher.blogspot.com/2005/05/follow-yellow-brick-road.html.Sunday - watch for a picture on my blog!
So Cool! Have a great time!My Top 3 European cities are Paris, Munich and Venice and you're hitting 2 out of 3!
Wow have fun Fred! Doing some snorkeling down in Key Largo, going for a bike ride one of the days. Other than that probably just chill at the beach and drink a lot of margaritas ;)
I LOVED Key Largo! I think the Keys are the best part of FL- so beautiful!
Well folks, I'm outta here to begin my grand vacation!Adios Amigos!
Monday will be a lazy day for all of us, including my parents. We will eat, talk, rest, and eat some more.No big plans at this time.
I will be going to the cemetary to visit/honor my grandfather (the one I never got to know) with my aunt and mom. I know it's kind of a grim holiday when you really think about it, but it means so much to me to pay my respects to all those who've served this country. Hopefully we'll have a picnic or something too, provided it doesn't rain.
Fred, Europe is a HUGE deal! Take lots of pictures for us! I hope you all have a great weekend!Nikki, that's so cool that you visit the grandpa you never even knew! I'm teary!
