that is quite funny. how does CVS know that those items purchased alone are being made by a woman? next thing you'll see is me buying some skoal and camping gear and then getting a coupon for some motor oil

"Anonymous"-- her name is on the coupon, so my guess is that it was generated from a store savings card or something, on which she would have indicated female when signing up for the savings card.
