After numerous complaints, I have changed the settings back to allow ANYONE to post comments on my blog--you do NOT need to register with Blogger first.
I know, just for a while, it wasn't like that, and then for about a minute it WAS like that but people who weren't registered already hated it, and now it's not like that again. (You were already registered from being a "contributor" so it never affected you.)
