Things are going well. I am suddenly completely and utterly exhausted, though. I hear that happens during your first year of teaching. I was okay my first month--the adrenaline, I guess; the "honeymoon period"--but now we don't have any kind of break for quite a while and I'm just TIRED. I went to bed at like 7:30 last night.
And no, we don't have Columbus Day off but we do, suprisingly, have Yom Kippor. Kipper. Whatever. So that's a 3-day weekend at the beginning of October.
Okay, since we're throwing a pity party, I gotta join in. We don't get ANY holidays off where I'm at, unless we ask to have them off, or if they happen to fall on a Saturday or Sunday. Anna, I feel your pain!
