All dogs go to heaven.

My mom and stepdad had to put the family dog to sleep this morning. They've been trying to keep her alive for the last two years, but finally it just got to the point where they realized they were fighting a losing battle. Lady put up a hell of a fight, though. Still, it's pretty heartbreaking to have to put a pet to sleep like that. Lady was a really good dog with a heart of gold--so sweet and loving.

I'm glad that she gets to be up in doggy heaven now, where she's not in pain anymore. And by now, I hope she's found Missy and Blizzard up there.

I bet they're having a blast.
