If I remember correctly, the parents lost custody of her and the little girl was so embarrassed by her name that she told everybody her name was Sue (or something like that). So, it's not just celebrities who are frickin morons when it comes to naming their kids.Nikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09929387083337422424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6826264.post-38839862654085762022008-10-26T20:54:00.000-04:002008-10-26T20:54:00.000-04:00Hahahahahaha :-)Hahahahahaha :-)Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14135450847993133840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6826264.post-78581719534531466422008-10-26T20:35:00.000-04:002008-10-26T20:35:00.000-04:00Yeah, exactly. If you were born, like, 80 years ago or your best friend is named Jughead, then sure, Archie is a great name.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01905898210443425461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6826264.post-63321343770992834682008-10-26T18:55:00.000-04:002008-10-26T18:55:00.000-04:00OOH. I'd rather be Archie any day.Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14135450847993133840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6826264.post-68847044332572444302008-10-26T18:50:00.000-04:002008-10-26T18:50:00.000-04:00LOL. Not that I ever knew him; he passed away well before my parents were even married, but my grandpa looked JUST like him, so I assume he was as wonderful as my grandpa was :-) What? That's a perfectly reasonable conclusion to come to.

HOWEVER, people WERE named Archie back then. Why do celebs insist on names that will only serve to either get their kids mercilessly made fun of or get their asses kicked on a regular basis? It's rude. And unfortunately, Archie is pretty mild. And at least it's a REAL, albeit dorky, name. Unlike APPLE, for example.Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14135450847993133840noreply@blogger.com
